What is EB-5

WHAT IS EB-5?  WHAT ARE TARGETED EMPLOYMENT AREAS?

Designed to spur U.S. economic growth, the EB-5 program creates new commercial enterprises (or helps a troubled business which has been in existence for at least two years). You can learn more about EB-5 and related job creation requirements from the USCIS.
  

WHO OVERSEES THE EB-5 PROGRAM?

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)   administers the EB-5 Program  and is a part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)  .
